Who We Are

Topicearn (topicearn.com) is an independent Pakistan-focused jobs and online-earning blog. The site is run by Muhammad Waleed, who researches, writes, and publishes every article on the platform. Topicearn is a private publication — it is not a government body, not a recruitment agency, not an employment exchange, and not an employer.

The site was created with a simple observation: Pakistan has millions of talented job seekers and students, but reliable, clearly-written information about genuine job openings and legitimate online-earning methods is surprisingly hard to find. Too many job blogs republish unverified listings, invent salary figures, or bury the actual application process under layers of vague text. Topicearn exists to do the opposite — to give readers honest, detailed, and genuinely useful guidance they can act on.

Our Mission

Our mission is straightforward: help Pakistanis find genuine jobs and learn legitimate ways to earn online — without hype, without fabricated claims, and without wasting the reader’s time.

Every article we publish is measured against that mission. If a job listing cannot be traced to a real employer with a real application path, we do not publish it. If an online-earning guide cannot be written honestly — including the risks, the realistic timelines, and the effort required — we do not publish it either. We would rather publish fewer articles than fill the site with content that misleads the people who trust us.

What We Publish

Topicearn publishes three main types of content:

1. Job listings. We cover government jobs (federal and provincial), private-sector openings, internships, and remote work opportunities relevant to Pakistan. Each listing includes the employer’s real name, the actual posts advertised, eligibility criteria, the application method, and the deadline — drawn from official advertisements, employer websites, and public notices. We organize listings by category (such as Government Jobs, Private Jobs, and field-specific categories) so readers can find relevant openings quickly.

2. Career guides. Beyond individual listings, we publish practical guides on topics like how to write a CV that gets shortlisted, how to prepare for government job tests, how to apply through official portals without mistakes, and how to avoid common application errors. These guides are written from research into real hiring processes, not generic advice copied from elsewhere.

3. Online-earning tutorials. We cover freelancing (platforms like Upwork and Fiverr), affiliate marketing, content creation, and other online-earning methods available to Pakistanis. These tutorials explain the realistic path — what skills are needed, how long it typically takes to earn, what the risks are — rather than promising overnight income. We clearly state that results vary and that no guide can guarantee earnings.

How We Research Our Listings

Accuracy is the foundation of everything we do, so our research process is deliberate:

  • Official sources first. For every job listing, we start from the employer’s official advertisement, official website, or official social media announcement. The official ad is always treated as the final authority — if our article and the official ad ever differ, the official ad wins.
  • Verification of the application path. We check that the “how to apply” instructions actually work: that the portal link opens, that the email address is the one in the official ad, or that the postal address matches. If an application link is dead or a portal is down, we say so in the article rather than pretending otherwise.
  • No invented details. We never invent salary figures, vacancy counts, deadlines, or employer quotes. If the official advertisement does not state a salary, we say the salary is not announced rather than guessing. If we cite an estimate from a credible source, we label it as an estimate.
  • Regular review. Job deadlines pass and portals change. We periodically review published listings and update or flag them when the underlying advertisement expires or the application process changes.

What We Are NOT

To avoid any misunderstanding, here is what Topicearn is not:

  • Not a recruitment agency. We do not recruit, shortlist, or hire on behalf of any employer, and we cannot influence any hiring decision.
  • Not a government body. We have no affiliation with any government department. We simply report on publicly announced government vacancies.
  • Not an employer. We do not offer jobs ourselves. Every vacancy listed belongs to the employer named in the article.
  • Not a visa or immigration consultant. We do not process visas, and we warn readers against anyone who demands payment for overseas job placements.
  • Not a financial adviser. Our online-earning guides are educational content, not personalized financial advice.

Our Values

Three values guide every editorial decision on this site:

Accuracy over speed. We would rather publish a listing a day late and correct than rush out unchecked information. In the jobs niche, a wrong deadline or a wrong application link can cost a reader a real opportunity — that responsibility shapes how we work.

Honesty over hype. We do not publish “earn Rs. 100,000 per month from home with zero effort” headlines. We do not invent success stories, fake testimonials, or anonymous “experts.” If something is difficult, competitive, or uncertain, we say so plainly. Readers deserve the truth, even when the truth is less exciting.

Reader-first. We write for the job seeker in Sargodha checking listings on a phone, the student in Karachi researching freelancing at midnight, the graduate in Peshawar comparing government test syllabi. Every article is written to answer their real questions: Is this job real? Am I eligible? How exactly do I apply? What is the deadline? If an article does not answer those questions, it is not finished.
