Requirements

- Minimum five years of experience in managing health and development projects funded by donors
- Experience in administrative management, budgeting, and procurement processes, as well as donor rules compliance
- Some experience in working with government organizations and/or donors
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills and quick problem solving
- Confident working with Microsoft Office software and basic project management software
- Previous experience with Gates Foundation projects is a bonus
- Willing to travel frequently within Punjab
